Frequently asked questions

What is the Accountant Directory?

The Accountant Directory is a listing of our valued accounting partners for small and medium sized businesses to connect with an expert to help them with their bookkeeping and accounting needs. From the directory, they will be able to search by location, service and software expertise, including BILL expertise.

Where is the directory located?

The Accountant Directory is located at https://www.bill.com/find-an-accountant/.

What does "Powered by PartnerPage" mean?

PartnerPage is the application that helps us provide the directory. The directory URL lives on our BILL site, and you will manage your listing through PartnerPage.

How do I get listed in the directory?

Follow these instructions to create and update your listing. Once your profile is set up, you will be able to update the profile as you choose, add team members (email addresses) and add/remove details.

How will firms be listed in the search results?

BILL Certified firms will be listed first across the tiers, followed by remaining partners by tier.  This is subject to change in the future, and BILL reserves the right to adjust perimeters or requirements.

Will I receive leads from the directory? How do businesses contact a firm on the directory?

BILL does not guarantee leads or contacts as a part of this directory. Businesses will be able to contact you—either through a website link you include on your profile or directly through the directory contact form. On each profile there will be a “contact” button and businesses may submit a request for contact. That request will go to the individuals who have access to your Partner Page account and the email addresses you have included as part of your profile.

How do I update and manage my profile?

Once you have logged into your account, you will see the option to edit your profile in the "Our Public Profiles" section. Those sections are included if you would like to use PartnerPage for your own partner directory. If you have any questions about that please email support@partnerpage.io.

BILL reserves the right to discontinue, change or alter the directory or requirements for inclusion.  Participation in the directory or completing your profile indicate your opt-in as part of the directory, and does not guarantee any clients or leads as part of your participation. BILL does not guarantee clients or leads to any partners, and are not liable for any communications or connections made to the partners from this directory.
